- Flood Watch Across The U.S- you could check if their is a flood near you
- Current Volcanoes - click on the link on alaska and you could see the recent volcanoes that are going
- Interactive Periodic Table - a quick click to highlight orbitals, element types, melting points, percent of earth's crust. Physical Science: 5.21, 6.21, 7.21.
- Interactive Rock Cycle lesson. Great reasource. An online assessment follows the interactive learning. Graphics and clear and easy to understand. Earth Science: 2.22, 3.23, 4.23, 5.20, 5.22, 6.20, 6.22, 7.20, 7.22.
- Encyclopedia of Life project - "In a whale-sized project, the world's scientists plan to compile everything they know about all of Earth's 1.8 million known species and put it all on one web site, open to the public free of charge. The effort, called the Encyclopedia of Life, will include species descriptions, pictures, maps, videos, sound, sightings by amateurs, and links to entire genomes and scientific journal papers......" Although not complete, yet, this is going to be a great resource for all levels!!!!

Ranger Ricks Nature Scope - Geology The Active Earth. Found this book in my school library, has great pages to read and activities that can be printed out and done. Good Book for Earth Science.
