Basic P.E.

As far as units and what we covered:

Timed events-

Introduction to P.E.

Identify, explain, and apply the 5 components of Physical Fitness.

Participate in moderate to vigorous activity at least four days each week.

Develop and implement a one-month personal physical fitness plan. (Including a daily nutrition log)

Identify, explain, and apply the main components of Basic First Aid.
