PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES:

Theses activities were taken from a packet that helps children deal with their asthma, but can be adjusted to help students deal with different feelings.

Bucket Feelings Activity- This activity gives a student the opportunity to write positive messages about him or herself and keeping those messages that make us feel good inside.

Helping Hands Activity- In this activity the student will identify positive activities he or she can do to help him or herself as well as others.

Fly Fears Away Activity- This activity provides students an opportunity to identify fears and to let their fears go once they are identified.

Worry Dolls Activity- By making a Worry Doll the students will have another listening ear when one is unavailable and be able to let some worries go each day.

Fish Wishes Activity- Using this activity students will be able to identify fears and learn different ways to deal with the fears.
