PS 4.05 Demonstrates knowledge of basic nutritional guidelines and practices.

A. Create a poster of the food pyramid B. Why does the body need meat (protein)? How does the body use it? C. Why is Vitamin C important for your body D. What foods have vitamin C in them? E. Why is milk (calcium) important for your body? F. Why is iron important for your body? G. What foods have iron in them? H. Why is Vitamin D important for your body? I. Which foods have vitamin D in them? How do we get Vitamin D? J. Why is potassium important for your body? K. Which foods have potassium in them? L. Why is sodium important for your body? M. What is the main source of sodium for our bodies?
